Customer Services Teams

Meet the TIP UK & Ireland Customer Services teams.
Our customer services teams are based at TIP’s HQ in Manchester. The teams are assigned to provide support for specific customer accounts, typically ones that do not necessarily need such support from a specific TIP branch.
The teams are dedicated to supporting the trailer fleet management activities of their customers by managing trailer hires or maintenance and repair events, whilst helping ensure their transport operation stays ‘compliant’.
